Chocolate Bark
Happy Easter from Shez’s Kitchen! This Chocolate Bark is so easy, any ‘bunny’ can make it! Whoever you make this delicious for is going to feel eggs-tra special the Easter. Quick, hop to it!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup raw cacao butter (110g)
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar (processed to a VERY fine powder in food processor or coffee grinder)
1/4 cup dried cranberries or goji berries
1/4 pepitas
1/4 roasted almonds, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Place cacao butter in a saucepan and stir over low heat until melted.
Stir in cacao powder and coconut sugar, keep mixing over low heat until well combined (3-5min).
Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, the chocolate will spread to the right thickness.
Top with berries, pepitas and roasted almonds.
Place in fridge and allow to set. Break into shards and share with friends and family.
