Shez’s Green Mango Smoothie
This smoothie is full of nutrients, green and tastes like mango. What more could you want in a smoothie?

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coconut milk (You can also use coconut water or any other milk as an option)
1/2 cup of plain Greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt can be used for a dairy free option)
2 cheeks of frozen mango
1 handful of baby spinach
1/4 avocado
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
raw honey to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients until smooth, drink immediately.
VARIATIONS & TIPS:
SMOOTHIE BOWL: To make a smoothie bowl from this recipe simply reduce the milk and yoghurt by half and blend as directed. Spoon into a bowl and top with your favourite muesli/granola, sliced seasonal fruit and toasted coconut.
ICE BLOCKS: Multiply all ingredients by 3, blend until smoothie and pour into ice block moulds and freeze.
