Spicy Nori Fries

No more boring oven baked fries! These Spicy Nori Fries are made and seasoned with wholesome ingredients. They are seriously packed with flavour and just the right amount of spice, a perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Fries are often given a bad wrap on the nutrition front. However, seasoning fries with Pacific Harvest Nori flakes adds an array of nutrient to the humble potato. Nori is brimming with concentrated amounts of vitamins and minerals. Best known for it’s high iodine and B12 content, they are also oven baked with a little ghee. Grass-fed ghee is a superior fat to cook at high temperatures with and provides omega-3 fatty acids which are essential for improving heart and brain health. Feel free to use a vegan fat if needed, coconut oil works too!

These deliciously tasty spicy nori fries will be the highlight of your meal. They really are a little ‘Norish’!
